Rules (Legal makes us do this)

1. Eligibility

  • Open to walk-in customers of Jones Medical Supply / CPAP Plus during the promotional period.

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.

  • Employees of Jones Medical Supply / CPAP Plus and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

  • To enter, simply show a Jones Medical Supply / CPAP Plus team member your ResMed myAir™ or React Health Plus™ app score from your mobile device during your visit.

  • Your score must be from the the previous night’s sleep session.

  • Each eligible participant will receive one (1) raffle entry per visit during the promotional period.

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.

3. Promotional Period

  • Entries accepted now through May 15th, 2026 during normal business hours.

  • Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. Prize and Drawing

  • The raffle prize is (1) CPAP Sanitizer

  • The drawing will take place on May 18th, 2026, and the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be notified by phone or email within 3 business days of the drawing.

  • If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, another winner may be chosen.

5. Conditions

  • By entering, participants agree that their name and likeness may be used in promotional materials (e.g., social media, in-store displays).

  • The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items.

  • Jones Medical Supply / CPAP Plus reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Decisions made by Jones Medical Supply / CPAP Plus management regarding eligibility, entries, and prize awards are final.
